 If you receive an error message, you may submit your application by emailing the information requested to the RFW Treasurer Mindy Ferreira

 Membership for the RFW club runs from July 1 thru June 30. 
 Membership dues are $20.00 per year (US dollars or postal money order).
You may pay the membership fees by cash, check or paypal. 

New members must submit the online application or send a completed application and a signed Code of Ethics with payment.
